Terms

All bookings must be secured with
a deposit for an amount equivalent to one night’s
tariff or 50% whichever the greater.

Balance of payment is due a minimum
of 30 days prior to arrival - or deposit will be
forfeited and accommodation re let.
30 days notice of cancellation
required - for deposit to be refunded in full.

Cancellations within 30 days of
arrival - deposit will be forfeited if the retreat
cannot be re let for entire period.

Cancellations within 14 days of
arrival - will be charged in full/forfeit all monies
paid - if room cannot be re let for entire period.
- *Gym area inside the Pool Building is not exclusive,
our personal trainer trains his private clients from
there around 4-5 times a week for 1 hour session.
Conditions

Bookings may be secured by bank
transfer, cheque or credit card.

Check-in time is at 2.00pm and
checkout is by 10.00am.
- Not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere
in the retreat.
- Use of candles, incense and other burning material
is NOT permitted.
